What is being measured
The primary outcome is the main question the study is designed to answer.
Change in Cognitive Function as Assessed by Polygons
Mean change from baseline in the Polygons test score, assessing processing speed and judgment. Participants will complete a timed, computerized cognitive assessment with a duration of 1 minute and 30 seconds. The outcome will be calculated as the mean change in test score from baseline at each follow-up assessment.
Measured: Baseline, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 16 weeks
Change in Cognitive Function as Assessed by Double Trouble
Mean change from baseline in the Double Trouble test score, assessing selective attention and processing speed. Participants will complete a timed, computerized Stroop-based cognitive assessment with a duration of 1 minute and 30 seconds. The outcome will be calculated as the mean change in test score from baseline at each follow-up assessment.
Measured: Baseline, Week 4, Week 8, and Week 16
Change in Cognitive Function as Assessed by Feature Match
Mean change from baseline in the Feature Match test score, assessing focus and processing. Participants will complete a timed, computerized cognitive assessment with a duration of 1 minute and 30 seconds. The outcome will be calculated as the mean change in test score from baseline at each follow-up assessment.
Measured: Baseline, Week 4, Week 8, and Week 16
Secondary outcomes (2)
Change in Self-Reported Mental Acuity
Mean change from baseline in participants' self-reported mental acuity, assessed using a questionnaire. The outcome will be calculated as the mean change in the mental acuity score from baseline at each follow-up assessment. Higher or lower scores will be interpreted according to the scoring instructions of the questionnaire.
Measured: Baseline, Week 2, Week 6, Week 12, and Week 16
Change in Self-Reported Memory
Mean change from baseline in participants' self-reported memory, assessed using a questionnaire. The outcome will be calculated as the mean change in the memory score from baseline at each follow-up assessment. Higher or lower scores will be interpreted according to the scoring instructions of the questionnaire.
Measured: Baseline, Week 2, Week 6, Week 12, and Week 16
