Traumatic Brain Injury, Blast Injuries
Long-Term Effects of Repetitive, Low-Level Blast Exposure on Special Operations Forces Service Members
This is a pilot study to identify biomarkers that individually, and in combination, demonstrate the greatest sensitivity to repetitive, low-level blast exposure (RLLBE) neurotrauma in Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel.

The Effects of Chronic Exposure to Low-Level Blasts
Background: Repeated exposure to explosions may lead to changes in the way that people think or feel. Breachers (people trained to use explosives to get into buildings) are exposed to repeated blasts as part of their job.
