About this study
Official title: Analysis of the Influence of the Exposome in Patients With Non-communicable Diseases: a Cross-sectional Study
It is well documented that factors such as obesity, a sedentary lifestyle, and comorbidities-including hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia-increase the risk of developing non-communicable diseases (NCDs). However, few studies have evaluated the influence of the exposome, which encompasses both internal and external factors. While existing literature examines isolated factors, research integrating both dimensions remains scarce. Assessing exposome components enables a better understanding of the complex interplay between the environment, lifestyle, and health status. This study aims to provide mechanistic insight into the impact of exposomic factors-such as climatic variations, lifestyle behaviors, and pollution-on NCDs.

What is being measured
The primary outcome is the main question the study is designed to answer.
Association of non-communicable diseases with exposures.
Association of non-communicable diseases (e.g., cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, chronic respiratory diseases) with exposures, in addition to an assessment based on exposure levels (dose-response analysis).
Measured: one day

Is this clinical trial currently recruiting?
The record says: opening soon, as of the sponsor's last update on 16 Oct 2026. Status can change between updates, so confirm with the study contact before making plans.
Where is the study taking place?
The record lists 1 site in France. Whether a site is taking part right now should be confirmed with that site. See every site.
What are the possible benefits and risks?

What does the primary outcome measure?
Association of non-communicable diseases with exposures. (time frame: one day). It is what the study was designed to measure, not a finding.
Where can I read the original study information?
Does a listing mean the treatment is approved or proven to work?
No. A listing means the study is registered. It does not show that the treatment is safe, works, or is approved by a regulator.
How often is this information updated?
AzTrials copies changed records from ClinicalTrials.gov every night and reloads the whole registry every week. The sponsor last updated this record on 16 Oct 2026.
