Leukodystrophy, White Matter Disease
LeukoSEQ: Whole Genome Sequencing as a First-Line Diagnostic Tool for Leukodystrophies
Leukodystrophies, and other heritable disorders of the white matter of the brain, were previously resistant to genetic characterization, largely due to the extreme genetic heterogeneity of molecular causes.

Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy, Small Vessel Cerebrovascular Disease
Prognosis of Cerebral Small Vessel Disease
Prognosis of small vessel disease (SVD) depends on the underlying type of SVD and index manifestation. The aim of this prospective, observational cohort study is to determine the risk of different outcome events among patients…

The Silent Cortical Infarcts in the Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy: Is There a Link With Subarachnoid Hemorrhage?
The Cerebral Amyloid angiopathy (CAA) is the leading cause of cortical hemorrhage after 65 years. The presence of cerebral infarction is also reported anatomically in the AAC. MRI studies of these infarcts are rare.
