  • Child, Adult, Older adult

Study population: No restrictions on audience

Who may be able to join

  • During the research period, according to the clinical application research plan of the fully automated sample processing system, the remaining clinical test samples that match the test results or corresponding clinical diagnoses were selected, including but not limited to serum, plasma, urine, etc.

Who cannot join

  • Samples that do not meet the inclusion criteria;
  • Samples with unclear clinical diagnosis;
  • Test samples that are severely hemolyzed, deteriorated, contain chylous blood, or are significantly contaminated by microorganisms, etc., and do not meet the requirements.
  • Removal Criteria
  • Sample results that do not meet the inclusion criteria or for which exclusion criteria were met but testing was still conducted;
  • Samples that did not complete the required tests for the complete trial or had missing data due to sample or instrument operation;
  • When test samples require re-testing due to human error, instrument failure, sample addition failure, etc., the re-tested results shall be taken as the standard, and the reasons for re-testing shall be recorded.

About this study

By utilizing the fully automated sample processing system from Xiamen U-Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (compatible with the Wan200+/Wan600+ fully automatic chemiluminescent immunoassay systems and the Wan BC2800 fully automatic biochemical analyzer), serum, plasma, urine, or other bodily fluid samples are processed automatically throughout the entire workflow, covering pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical stages.

A systematic evaluation is conducted on the system's functional performance, user satisfaction, ease of operation, and stability during use.

Key performance indicators such as turnaround time (TAT) and sample throughput are assessed through node monitoring and recording across the entire sample processing workflow.

Statistical analysis is performed on the system's failure rate, maintenance requirements, and emergency response capabilities under continuous operation conditions.

Questions about this trial

What is this clinical trial studying?

An observational study of Performance Verification, run by BangShun He.

The full registered description is in the About this study section and the official record.

Who may be eligible to take part?

The sponsor lists 1 inclusion and 7 exclusion criteria. Eligibility is decided by the study team after screening, so read the full criteria and contact a listed site.

Is this clinical trial currently recruiting?

The record says: opening soon, as of the sponsor's last update on 6 Nov 2026. Status can change between updates, so confirm with the study contact before making plans.

What are the possible benefits and risks?

They depend on the study and the treatment, and no study can promise a benefit. The study team explains the known risks during informed consent, before anyone joins; the record itself does not list them.

Are results available for this study?

This study is still under way. Results are not available in the source record yet.

How can a doctor refer a patient or contact the research team?

The record lists no contact. The official record names the sponsor, who can be asked directly. AzTrials does not enrol participants or take referrals.

What does the primary outcome measure?

Evaluate the sample turnaround time (time frame: 202611.01-2030.12.31). It is what the study was designed to measure, not a finding.

Where can I read the original study information?
Does a listing mean the treatment is approved or proven to work?

No. A listing means the study is registered. It does not show that the treatment is safe, works, or is approved by a regulator.

How often is this information updated?

AzTrials copies changed records from ClinicalTrials.gov every night and reloads the whole registry every week. The sponsor last updated this record on 6 Nov 2026; AzTrials last refreshed its copy on 6 Nov 2026.
