About this study

Official title: A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Dose-Escalation Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, and Pharmacokinetics of IBI3034 Following Single Ascending Dose in Healthy Adults and Multiple Ascending Doses in Participants With Primary IgA Nephropathy

Part 1 is a Single Ascending Dose (SAD) study, and Part 2 is a Multiple Ascending Dose (MAD) study

Read the detailed description

A double-blind design is applied to the IBI3034 and placebo groups in both Part 1 and Part 2; the Telitacicept positive control group is open-label Part 1: A randomized, double-blind, single-center, single-dose, dose-escalation, placebo-controlled study. Healthy participants will be randomized to receive IBI3034 or placebo in a 3:1 ratio. Part 2: A randomized, double-blind, multiple-dose, dose-escalation, placebo-controlled study. Participants will be randomized in an 8:2:2 ratio to receive IBI3034, placebo, or Telitacicept.

Being tested
IBI3034, Placebo, Telitacicept
