What participants receive
What participants receive. In a randomised study each person is assigned to one group by chance.
PemigatinibDrug
Also called Pemazyre
Pemigatinib at the protocol-defined dose administered orally once daily in 21-day cycles with 14 days on therapy followed by 7 days off therapy.
| Study group | Role | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Pemigatinib | Experimental | Not described Receives: Drug: Pemigatinib |
What is being measured
The primary outcome is the main question the study is designed to answer.
Objective Response
Defined as having a confirmed best response of complete response (CR) or partial response (PR), as determined by an independent central review (ICR) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) v1.1.
Measured: Up to approximately 18 months
Secondary outcomes (4)
Duration of Response (DoR)
Determined from earliest date of CR or PR until the earliest date of progressive disease (PD) as determined by an ICR per RECIST v1.1 or death due to any cause.
Measured: Up to approximately 18 months
Progression-free survival (PFS)
Determined from start of therapy until the earliest date of PD as determined by an ICR per RECIST v1.1 or death due to any cause.
Measured: Up to approximately 18 months
Overall Survival (OS)
Determined from the start of therapy until death due to any cause.
Measured: Up to approximately 18 months
Number of treatment-emergent adverse events
Defined as adverse events reported for the first time or worsening of a pre-existing event after first dose of study drug until up to 30 days after the last dose of study drug.
Measured: Up to approximately 18 months

Questions about this trial
What is this clinical trial studying?
A Phase 2 study testing Pemigatinib in people with Unresectable Cholangiocarcinoma and Advanced/Metastatic Cholangiocarcinoma, run by Incyte Corporation.
The full registered description is in the About this study section and the official record.
Who may be eligible to take part?
The sponsor lists 7 inclusion and 10 exclusion criteria. Eligibility is decided by the study team after screening, so read the full criteria and contact a listed site.
Is this clinical trial currently recruiting?
The record says: opening soon, as of the sponsor's last update on 20 Oct 2026. Status can change between updates, so confirm with the study contact before making plans.
What are the possible benefits and risks?
They depend on the study and the treatment, and no study can promise a benefit. The study team explains the known risks during informed consent, before anyone joins; the record itself does not list them.
What does this phase mean?
Phase 2 studies give the treatment to a larger group to see whether it has the intended effect and to keep checking safety.
Not every study follows the same path, and some studies (observational studies, device studies) have no phase.
Are results available for this study?
This study is still under way. Results are not available in the source record yet.
How can a doctor refer a patient or contact the research team?
Contact Incyte Corporation Call Center (US) (1.855.463.3463, medinfo@incyte.com), or a site near the patient. AzTrials does not enrol participants or take referrals.
What does the primary outcome measure?
Objective Response (time frame: Up to approximately 18 months). It is what the study was designed to measure, not a finding.
Where can I read the original study information?
Does a listing mean the treatment is approved or proven to work?
No. A listing means the study is registered. It does not show that the treatment is safe, works, or is approved by a regulator.
How often is this information updated?
AzTrials copies changed records from ClinicalTrials.gov every night and reloads the whole registry every week. The sponsor last updated this record on 20 Oct 2026.
