Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaNCT07862764
A Study to Assess Change in Disease State and Adverse Events in Korean Adult Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) or Follicular Lymphoma (FL) Receiving Epcoritamab Injections
An observational study of Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, run by AbbVie.
Trial summary
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma (FL) represents approximately 50% of all newly diagnosed patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This study will assess adverse events and change in disease activity in adult Korean participants with DLBCL under routine clinical practice. Read more about this study

About this study
Official title: Post Marketing Safety Study to Evaluate the Safety and Effectiveness of Epcoritamab in Korean Adult Patients With Relapsed/Refractory (R/R) Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) or Follicular Lymphoma (FL)
Epcoritamab is an approved drug for the treatment of DLBCL and FL. Approximately 175 adult participants who are prescribed epcoritamab by their doctors will be enrolled sites in Korea.

What is being measured
The primary outcome is the main question the study is designed to answer.
Percentage of Participants with Adverse Event (AEs)
An AE is defined as any untoward medical occurrence in a participant or clinical investigation participant administered a pharmaceutical product and which does not necessarily have a causal relationship with this treatment. An SAE is an event that results in death, is life-threatening, requires or prolongs hospitalization, results in a congenital anomaly, persistent or significant disability/incapacity or is an important medical event that, based on medical judgment, may jeopardize the subject and may require medical or surgical intervention to prevent any of the outcomes listed above.
Measured: Up to Approximately 24 Weeks

Questions about this trial
What is this clinical trial studying?
An observational study of Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, run by AbbVie.
The full registered description is in the About this study section and the official record.
Who may be eligible to take part?
The sponsor lists 2 inclusion and 2 exclusion criteria. Eligibility is decided by the study team after screening, so read the full criteria and contact a listed site.
Is this clinical trial currently recruiting?
The record says: opening soon, as of the sponsor's last update on 7 Oct 2026. Status can change between updates, so confirm with the study contact before making plans.
What are the possible benefits and risks?
They depend on the study and the treatment, and no study can promise a benefit. The study team explains the known risks during informed consent, before anyone joins; the record itself does not list them.
Are results available for this study?
This study is still under way. Results are not available in the source record yet.
How can a doctor refer a patient or contact the research team?
Contact Garam Im (844-663-3742, im.garam@abbvie.com), or a site near the patient. AzTrials does not enrol participants or take referrals.
What does the primary outcome measure?
Percentage of Participants with Adverse Event (AEs) (time frame: Up to Approximately 24 Weeks). It is what the study was designed to measure, not a finding.
Where can I read the original study information?
Does a listing mean the treatment is approved or proven to work?
No. A listing means the study is registered. It does not show that the treatment is safe, works, or is approved by a regulator.
How often is this information updated?
AzTrials copies changed records from ClinicalTrials.gov every night and reloads the whole registry every week. The sponsor last updated this record on 7 Oct 2026.
