What is being measured
The primary outcome is the main question the study is designed to answer.
Phase 1: dose limited toxicity (DLT)
To determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or RP2D to be studied in the dose-expansion part
Measured: Within 28 days of the first administration
Phase 2: Percentage of Participants Achieving Objective Response Rate (ORR)
ORR is defined as Complete Response (CR) or Partial Response (PR), determined by Lugano criteria
Measured: Up to approximately 3 years
Secondary outcomes (10)
Overall Survival (OS)
Overall survival is defined as the time from randomization to death from any cause.
Measured: Up to approximately 3 years
Progression free survival (PFS)
Defined as the time from the date of randomization to the date of first documentation of progression disease (PD) or the date of death from any cause, whichever occurs first.
Measured: Up to approximately 3 years
Percentage of Participants Achieving CR
Percentage of participants who achieve a CR determined per Lugano criteria.
Measured: Up to approximately 3 years
Duration of Response (DOR)
DOR is defined as the time from the first documented response (CR or PR) to disease progression or death, whichever occurs first.
Measured: Up to approximately 3 years
Duration of Complete Response (DOCR)
DOCR is defined as the time from the first documented CR to disease progression or death, whichever occurs first.
Measured: Up to approximately 3 years
Time to Response (TTR)
Time to response (TTR) is defined as the time from the start of therapy to the first documented CR or PR in patients who achieve an objective response
Measured: Up to approximately 3 years
Time to Complete Response (TTCR)
TTCR is defined as the time from the start of therapy to the first documented CR among patients with a complete response.
Measured: Up to approximately 3 years
Adverse Events
Treatment-emergent adverse events/serious adverse events/adverse events of special interest
Measured: Up to approximately 3 years
Blood Concentrations of SCTB35 and SCTB41
Pharmacokinetics of SCTB35 and SCTB41 will be assessed using drug concentrations measured in plasma (or serum) at specified time points.
Measured: Up to approximately 6 months
Anti-drug Antibodies of SCTB35 and SCTB41
Serum (or plasma) samples will be tested for the presence of anti-drug antibodies (ADAs) against SCTB35 and SCTB41

Questions about this trial
What is this clinical trial studying?
A Phase 1/2 study testing SCTB35 injection and SCTB41 in people with NHL - Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, run by Sinocelltech Ltd. at 1 site in China.
The full registered description is in the About this study section and the official record.
Who may be eligible to take part?
The sponsor lists 7 inclusion and 6 exclusion criteria. Eligibility is decided by the study team after screening, so read the full criteria and contact a listed site.
Is this clinical trial currently recruiting?
The record says: opening soon, as of the sponsor's last update on 14 Sep 2026. Status can change between updates, so confirm with the study contact before making plans.
Where is the study taking place?
The record lists 1 site in China. Whether a site is taking part right now should be confirmed with that site. See every site.
What are the possible benefits and risks?
They depend on the study and the treatment, and no study can promise a benefit. The study team explains the known risks during informed consent, before anyone joins; the record itself does not list them.
What does this combined phase mean?
Phase 1 studies test a treatment in a small group of people for the first time or in a new way, mainly to check safety and find the right dose.
Phase 2 studies give the treatment to a larger group to see whether it has the intended effect and to keep checking safety.
Not every study follows the same path, and some studies (observational studies, device studies) have no phase.
Are results available for this study?
This study is still under way. Results are not available in the source record yet.
How can a doctor refer a patient or contact the research team?
Each site lists its own contact: choose the nearest one under Trial locations. AzTrials does not enrol participants or take referrals.
What does the primary outcome measure?
Phase 1: dose limited toxicity (DLT) (time frame: Within 28 days of the first administration). The study lists 2 primary outcomes in all. It is what the study was designed to measure, not a finding.
Where can I read the original study information?
Does a listing mean the treatment is approved or proven to work?
No. A listing means the study is registered. It does not show that the treatment is safe, works, or is approved by a regulator.
How often is this information updated?
AzTrials copies changed records from ClinicalTrials.gov every night and reloads the whole registry every week. The sponsor last updated this record on 14 Sep 2026.
