Follow-up of subjects prescribed medication in a non-intervention study

What is being measured

The primary outcome is the main question the study is designed to answer.

  1. The change in Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP) relative to baseline

    Measured: the 6-month time

Secondary outcomes (3)
  1. effectiveness of sequential triple combination therapy (amlodipine/losartan/chlorthalidone)

Change from baseline in Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP) and Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP) at 2 and 4 months, and change from baseline in DBP at 6 months

    Measured: 2, 4, 6 months

  2. Prescription patterns of a triple-therapy-based stepwise treatment strategy

Proportion of Participants by Study Drug Dosage at Months 2, 4, and 6

    Measured: 2, 4, 6 months

  3. safety of sequential triple combination therapy (amlodipine/losartan/chlorthalidone)

Incidence of Adverse Events During the 6-Month Follow-up Period

    Measured: 2, 4 , 6 months
