What is being measured

The primary outcome is the main question the study is designed to answer.

  1. The number of subjects with dose-limiting toxicity (DLT)

Measured: From first dose of study treatment until the end of Cycle 1(up to 21 days)

  2. Incidence and severity of AEs

Measured: From the first visit to the end of the safety follow-up period (1 year)

  3. Maximum Tolerated Dose

Measured: During the DLT observation period, the dose level at which the estimated toxicity probability was closest to the target toxicity probability (i.e., 0.3)(up to 21 days)

  4. Determination of Recommended Phase II dose (RP2D)

Measured: After dose optimization, sufficient safety, tolerability, PK and preliminary efficacy results were obtained, and the dose selected for the subsequent indication expansion stage was confirmed by SRC discussion (1 year).

  5. Objective Response Rate (ORR)

Measured: From time of first dose of SHR-8203 until the date of objective disease progression or death (1 year)

Secondary outcomes (4)
  1. Duration of Response (DoR)

Measured: From time of first dose of objective disease progression until the date of objective disease progression or death (1 year)

  2. Disease Control Rate (DCR)

Measured: From time of first dose of SHR-8203 until the date of objective disease progression or death (1 year)

  3. Progression free Survival (PFS)

Progression-free survival is defined as the time from the start of treatment until the date of objective disease progression or death.

Measured: From time of first dose of objective disease progression until the date of objective disease progression or death (1 year)

  4. Overall Survival (OS)

The time until death due to any cause.

Measured: From time of first dose of objective disease progression until the date of death (2 years)

Questions about this trial

What is this clinical trial studying?

A Phase 1/2 study testing SHR-8203 Injection in people with Solid Tumors, run by Beijing Suncadia Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd at 1 site in China.

The full registered description is in the About this study section and the official record.

Who may be eligible to take part?

The sponsor lists 7 inclusion and 5 exclusion criteria. Eligibility is decided by the study team after screening, so read the full criteria and contact a listed site.

Is this clinical trial currently recruiting?

The record says: opening soon, as of the sponsor's last update on 17 Aug 2026. Status can change between updates, so confirm with the study contact before making plans.

Where is the study taking place?

The record lists 1 site in China. Whether a site is taking part right now should be confirmed with that site. See every site.

What are the possible benefits and risks?

They depend on the study and the treatment, and no study can promise a benefit. The study team explains the known risks during informed consent, before anyone joins; the record itself does not list them.

What does this combined phase mean?

Phase 1 studies test a treatment in a small group of people for the first time or in a new way, mainly to check safety and find the right dose.

Phase 2 studies give the treatment to a larger group to see whether it has the intended effect and to keep checking safety.

Not every study follows the same path, and some studies (observational studies, device studies) have no phase.

Are results available for this study?

This study is still under way. Results are not available in the source record yet.

How can a doctor refer a patient or contact the research team?

Contact Fang fang Peng, Doctoral degree (17721288185, fangfang.peng.fp5@hengrui.com), or a site near the patient. AzTrials does not enrol participants or take referrals.

What does the primary outcome measure?

The number of subjects with dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) (time frame: From first dose of study treatment until the end of Cycle 1(up to 21 days)). The study lists 5 primary outcomes in all. It is what the study was designed to measure, not a finding.

Where can I read the original study information?
Does a listing mean the treatment is approved or proven to work?

No. A listing means the study is registered. It does not show that the treatment is safe, works, or is approved by a regulator.

How often is this information updated?

AzTrials copies changed records from ClinicalTrials.gov every night and reloads the whole registry every week. The sponsor last updated this record on 17 Aug 2026.
