About this study
Official title: What is the Prevalence of Restrictive Ventilatory Impairment and Suspected Pulmonary Hypertension on Echocardiography in Adults With Scoliosis? A 10-year Retrospective Study at a Scoliosis Referral Center
this study involves adult patients who underwent scoliosis surgery within the last 10 years. The aim of this study is to assess the frequency of scoliosis-related respiratory complications in patients requiring orthopedic surgery, in order to optimize the care pathway for patients with scoliosis.
In this context, we use the medical data collected and generated during the treatment of scoliosis, as well as the results of tests and samples taken during your hospitalization to calculate the prevalence of respiratory and cardiac impairments associated with scoliosis
- Conditions
- Scoliosis, Restrictive Pulmonary Disease, Pulmonary Hypertension, Restrictive Breathing Pattern
- Being tested
- respiratory function test
