About this study

Official title: An Open-label, Multicenter Phase II Clinical Trial to Evaluate ALK201 for Injection Combined With Ivonescimab Injection in Subjects With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This is an open-label, multicenter, Phase II clinical study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor activity of ALK201 for Injection combined with Ivonescimab Injection in adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer (sqNSCLC) who are FGFR2b-positive, EGFR mutation-negative, and ALK-negative. The study consists of two parts: Part A (dose escalation) and Part B (dose optimization).

Part A Dose Escalation Stage: This stage includes three dose levels. Eligible patients with locally advanced or metastatic sqNSCLC who have failed standard therapy will be enrolled to complete DLT assessment.

Part B Dose Optimization Stage: This stage comprises two cohorts, enrolling eligible patients with locally advanced or metastatic sqNSCLC satisfying the respective cohort criteria:

Primary cohort: PD-L1 expression ≥1% Exploratory cohort: PD-L1 expression <1%

What participants receive

What participants receive. In a randomised study each person is assigned to one group by chance.

  • ALK201 for injectionDrug

Subjects will be randomized 1:1 to the two dose levels selected from Part A. The administered dose will be calculated based on the assigned dose arm and the subject's body weight.

  • Ivonescimab InjectionDrug

The administered dose will be calculated based on a fixed dose of 20 mg/kg and the subject's body weight.

Study groupRoleWhat they receive
Primary cohortExperimentalPatients with locally advanced or metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer (sqNSCLC) with PD-L1 expression ≥1% will be treated with ALK201 for Injection combined with Ivonescimab Injection, or Ivonescimab Injection monotherapy. Questions about this trial

What is this clinical trial studying?

A Phase 2 study testing ALK201 for injection and Ivonescimab Injection in people with NSCLC (Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer), run by Shanghai Allink Biotherapeutics Co., Ltd..

The full registered description is in the About this study section and the official record.

Who may be eligible to take part?

The sponsor lists 7 inclusion and 9 exclusion criteria. Eligibility is decided by the study team after screening, so read the full criteria and contact a listed site.

Is this clinical trial currently recruiting?

The record says: opening soon, as of the sponsor's last update on 3 Aug 2026. Status can change between updates, so confirm with the study contact before making plans.

What are the possible benefits and risks?

They depend on the study and the treatment, and no study can promise a benefit. The study team explains the known risks during informed consent, before anyone joins; the record itself does not list them.

What does this phase mean?

Phase 2 studies give the treatment to a larger group to see whether it has the intended effect and to keep checking safety.

Not every study follows the same path, and some studies (observational studies, device studies) have no phase.

Are results available for this study?

This study is still under way. Results are not available in the source record yet.

How can a doctor refer a patient or contact the research team?

Contact Chaochao Du (+8613122503303, ccdu@allinkbio.com), or a site near the patient. AzTrials does not enrol participants or take referrals.

What does the primary outcome measure?

TEAEs (time frame: Up to 24 months). It is what the study was designed to measure, not a finding.

Where can I read the original study information?
Does a listing mean the treatment is approved or proven to work?

No. A listing means the study is registered. It does not show that the treatment is safe, works, or is approved by a regulator.

How often is this information updated?

AzTrials copies changed records from ClinicalTrials.gov every night and reloads the whole registry every week. The sponsor last updated this record on 3 Aug 2026.
