About this study

Official title: An Open-label, Multi-center Phase Ib/II Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of LBL-024 in Combination With Paclitaxel Injection ± Bevacizumab in Patients With Platinum-resistant Ovarian Cancer

This study is an open-label, multicenter Phase Ib/II clinical trial of LBL-024 in combination with other drugs for the treatment of patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (OC), aiming to evaluate the efficacy and safety of LBL-024 in combination with other drugs in the treatment of advanced recurrent platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (OC).

Read the detailed description

The trial consists of two phases: Phase Ib and Phase II.

Phase Ib is a single arm, open label, safety and efficacy exploration phase, which includes two cohorts with different dosing regimens. The two cohorts can be conducted simultaneously. After completion of Phase Ib, the sponsor and investigators will jointly evaluate the safety, tolerance and preliminary efficacy of combination treatment. Based on this evaluation, they will decide to continue Phase II study with the current protocol or adjust the design of Phase II study before initiating the study.

Phase II is an open-label, randomized, positive-controlled extension study in which eligible participants were randomly assigned to the trial group or control group at a ratio of 2:1.

This study plans toenroll up to 180 subjects.

What is being measured

The primary outcome is the main question the study is designed to answer.

  1. Objective Response Rate (ORR)

According to the evaluation criteria of RECIST V1.1 (solid tumour) ,Proportion of subjects achieving complete response (CR) or partial response (PR).It was used to evaluate the efficacy in Phase Ib.

Measured: From all subjects signed the informed consent form up to the completion of the follow-up period of drug withdrawal (28 days after drug withdrawal or before the start of new anti-tumor therapy)

  2. Occurrence of adverse event (AE) and serious adverse event (SAE)

Adverse event (AE) will be graded according to the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) 5.0.The safety profile of LBL-024 in combination with paclitaxel will be assessed by monitoring the adverse event (AE) and serious adverse event (SAE) in Phase Ib study.

Measured: From all subjects signed the informed consent form up to the completion of the follow-up period of drug withdrawal (90 days after drug withdrawal or before the start of new anti-tumor therapy)

  3. Progression-free Survival(PFS)

According to the evaluation criteria of RECIST V1.1 (solid tumour),Time from randomisation to disease progression or death from any cause. It was used to evaluate Time of disease no-progression or Drug resistance in Phase II.

Measured: From all subjects signed the informed consent form up to the completion of the follow-up period of drug withdrawal (28 days after drug withdrawal or before the start of new anti-tumor therapy)

Secondary outcomes (5)
  1. Cmax

Maximum drug concentration in plasma after administration.

Measured: From all subjects signed the informed consent form up to the completion of the follow-up period of drug withdrawal (28 days after drug withdrawal or before the start of new anti-tumor therapy)

  2. Tmax

After administration,Time to reach maximum drug concentration in plasma.

Measured: From all subjects signed the informed consent form up to the completion of the follow-up period of drug withdrawal (28 days after drug withdrawal or before the start of new anti-tumor therapy)

  3. Immunogenicity

The immunogenicity is evaluated by the incidence of anti-drug antibodies (ADA) and neutralizing antibodies (if applicable) in subjects.Immunogenicity refers to the performance that can elicit an immune response.

Measured: From all subjects signed the informed consent form up to the completion of the follow-up period of drug withdrawal (28 days after drug withdrawal or before the start of new anti-tumor therapy)

  4. Disease Control Rate(DCR)

Percentage of participants achieving CR, PR, iCR, iPR and stable disease (SD) after treatment.

Measured: From all subjects signed the informed consent form up to the completion of the follow-up period of drug withdrawal (28 days after drug withdrawal or before the start of new anti-tumor therapy)

  5. Duration of Response(DOR)

DOR is defined as the duration from earliest date of disease response (CR、PR 、iCR or iPR) until earliest date of disease progression or death from any cause(if occurring sooner than progression).

Measured: From all subjects signed the informed consent form up to the completion of the follow-up period of drug withdrawal (28 days after drug withdrawal or before the start of new anti-tumor therapy)

Questions about this trial

What is this clinical trial studying?

A Phase 1/2 study testing LBL-024 for Injection, Paclitaxel injection and Bevacizumab injection in people with Ovarian Cancer, run by Nanjing Leads Biolabs Co.,Ltd at 13 sites in China.

The full registered description is in the About this study section and the official record.

Who may be eligible to take part?

The sponsor lists 6 inclusion and 9 exclusion criteria. Eligibility is decided by the study team after screening, so read the full criteria and contact a listed site.

Is this clinical trial currently recruiting?

The record says: looking for participants now, as of the sponsor's last update on 13 Aug 2026. Status can change between updates, so confirm with the study contact before making plans.

Where is the study taking place?

The record lists 13 sites in China. Whether a site is taking part right now should be confirmed with that site. See every site.

What are the possible benefits and risks?

They depend on the study and the treatment, and no study can promise a benefit. The study team explains the known risks during informed consent, before anyone joins; the record itself does not list them.

What does this combined phase mean?

Phase 1 studies test a treatment in a small group of people for the first time or in a new way, mainly to check safety and find the right dose.

Phase 2 studies give the treatment to a larger group to see whether it has the intended effect and to keep checking safety.

Not every study follows the same path, and some studies (observational studies, device studies) have no phase.

Are results available for this study?

This study is still under way. Results are not available in the source record yet.

How can a doctor refer a patient or contact the research team?

Contact lingying wu (025-83378099, mengdongtao@leadsbiolabs.com), or a site near the patient. AzTrials does not enrol participants or take referrals.

What does the primary outcome measure?

Objective Response Rate (ORR) (time frame: From all subjects signed the informed consent form up to the completion of the follow-up period of drug withdrawal (28 days after drug withdrawal or before the start of new anti-tumor therapy)). The study lists 3 primary outcomes in all. It is what the study was designed to measure, not a finding.

Where can I read the original study information?
Does a listing mean the treatment is approved or proven to work?

No. A listing means the study is registered. It does not show that the treatment is safe, works, or is approved by a regulator.

How often is this information updated?

AzTrials copies changed records from ClinicalTrials.gov every night and reloads the whole registry every week. The sponsor last updated this record on 13 Aug 2026.
