About this study

Official title: A Long-term Follow-up Study of GF-01-01 to Evaluate the Safety and Persistence of GF-CART01 (CD20/19 CAR T Cell) in Subjects With Relapsed or Refractory B-Cell Hematological Malignancies

The goal of this observational study is to learn about the long-term safety of GF-CART01 after cell infusion up to 15 years.

Read the detailed description

This comprehensive long-term follow-up study is meticulously designed to assess the safety and persistence of GF-CART01. Subjects who participated in the initial study of GF-01-01 and received treatment with GF-CART01, irrespective of their completion status, are eligible to participate in this follow-up study. The study may allow for a maximum enrollment of 18 subjects.

LTFUSubjects who participated in the initial study of GF-01-01 and received treatment with GF-CART01, irrespective of their completion status, are invited to participate in this follow-up study.

What is being measured

The primary outcome is the main question the study is designed to answer.

  1. Long-Term Safety of GF-CART01 after infusion

Percentage of subjects with ≥ grade 3 GF-CART01-related adverse events, serious adverse events (SAEs), adverse events of special interest (AESIs)

Measured: up to 15 years after GF-CART01 infusion

Secondary outcomes (2)
  1. GF-CART01 persistence

Measure the duration of GF-CART01 presence after cell infusion

    • Clast
    • Time of Clast

Measured: up to 15 years after GF-CART01 infusion

  2. Efficacy of GF-CART01

Assess the overall survival (OS) up to 15 years after GF-CART01 infusion

Measured: up to 15 years after GF-CART01 infusion

The full registered description is in the About this study section and the official record.

Who may be eligible to take part?

The sponsor lists 3 inclusion and 0 exclusion criteria. Eligibility is decided by the study team after screening, so read the full criteria and contact a listed site.

How can a doctor refer a patient or contact the research team?

The record lists no contact. The official record names the sponsor, who can be asked directly. AzTrials does not enrol participants or take referrals.

What does the primary outcome measure?

Long-Term Safety of GF-CART01 after infusion (time frame: up to 15 years after GF-CART01 infusion). It is what the study was designed to measure, not a finding.

Where can I read the original study information?
Does a listing mean the treatment is approved or proven to work?

No. A listing means the study is registered. It does not show that the treatment is safe, works, or is approved by a regulator.

How often is this information updated?
