What is being measured

The primary outcome is the main question the study is designed to answer.

  1. Pathological complete response (pCR) rate

Pathological complete response (pCR) rate will be investigated.

Measured: Up to approximately 48 months

Secondary outcomes (6)
  1. Event-free survival (EFS)

Event-free survival (EFS) is defined as the time between the day the subject is randomized and the first occurrence of any event.

Measured: Up to approximately 48 months

  2. Invasive disease-free survival (IDFS)

Invasive disease-free survival (IDFS) is defined as the time interval from the date of radical surgery to the presence of ipsilateral or contralateral recurrence of invasive breast cancer, locoregional recurrence, distant recurrence, or death from any cause, whichever occurs first.

Measured: Up to approximately 48 months

  3. Overall Survival (OS)

Overall survival (OS) is defined as the time between the day the subject is randomized and the subject's death.

Measured: Up to approximately 48 months

  4. Treatment Emergent Adverse Event (TEAE)

TEAE is defined as any unfavorable and unintended change in the structure, function, or chemistry of the body temporally emerging, or any worsening (i.e., any clinically significant adverse change in frequency and/or intensity) of a pre-existing condition during the treatment of BL-M07D1. The type, frequency and severity of TEAE will be evaluated during the treatment of BL-M07D1.

Measured: Up to approximately 48 months

  5. Pathologic complete response (pCR) rate as assessed by the pathologists

Pathologic complete response (pCR) rate as assessed by the pathologists at the participating study centers will be investigated.

Measured: Up to approximately 48 months

  6. Objective Response Rate (ORR)

Objective response rate (ORR) is defined as the number of CR and PR in the treatment and control groups divided by the number of that group in the full analysis set (FAS).

Measured: Up to approximately 24 months

Questions about this trial

What is this clinical trial studying?

A Phase 2/3 study testing BL-M07D1, Pertuzumab and docetaxel in people with HER2-positive Breast Cancer, run by Sichuan Baili Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. at 30 sites in China.

The full registered description is in the About this study section and the official record.

Who may be eligible to take part?

The sponsor lists 10 inclusion and 20 exclusion criteria. Eligibility is decided by the study team after screening, so read the full criteria and contact a listed site.

Is this clinical trial currently recruiting?

The record says: looking for participants now, as of the sponsor's last update on 27 Oct 2026. Status can change between updates, so confirm with the study contact before making plans.

Where is the study taking place?

The record lists 30 sites in China. Whether a site is taking part right now should be confirmed with that site. See every site.

What are the possible benefits and risks?

They depend on the study and the treatment, and no study can promise a benefit. The study team explains the known risks during informed consent, before anyone joins; the record itself does not list them.

What does this combined phase mean?

Phase 2 studies give the treatment to a larger group to see whether it has the intended effect and to keep checking safety.

Phase 3 studies compare the treatment with the current standard treatment or a placebo in a large group, to confirm how well it works and watch for side effects.

Not every study follows the same path, and some studies (observational studies, device studies) have no phase.

Are results available for this study?

This study is still under way. Results are not available in the source record yet.

How can a doctor refer a patient or contact the research team?

Contact Sa Xiao, PHD (15013238943, xiaosa@baili-pharm.com), or a site near the patient. AzTrials does not enrol participants or take referrals.

What does the primary outcome measure?

Pathological complete response (pCR) rate (time frame: Up to approximately 48 months). It is what the study was designed to measure, not a finding.

Where can I read the original study information?
Does a listing mean the treatment is approved or proven to work?

No. A listing means the study is registered. It does not show that the treatment is safe, works, or is approved by a regulator.

How often is this information updated?

AzTrials copies changed records from ClinicalTrials.gov every night and reloads the whole registry every week. The sponsor last updated this record on 27 Oct 2026.
