About this study
Official title: An Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Long-Term Effects of Orally Administered SAR302503 in Patients With Primary or Secondary Myelofibrosis
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term effects of orally administered SAR302503 (TG101348) in patients with myelofibrosis who have completed the MF-TG101348-001 study.
Read the detailed description
SAR302503 (TG101348) is a potent small molecule inhibitor of Janus kinase 2 (JAK2). This is an extension study for a first-in-man, dose escalation study (MF-TG101348-001). The safety, tolerability and clinical activity of SAR302503 (TG101348) in subjects with myelofibrosis will be evaluated.

What is being measured
The primary outcome is the main question the study is designed to answer.
Clinical Response (IWG-MRT) - Best Overall Response
Best response categories per IWG-MRT response criteria across studies TED12037 and TED12015 combined. Responses were assessed using IWG-MRT criteria and categorized as complete remission (CR), partial remission (PR), clinical improvement (CI), stable disease (SD), or progressive disease (PD). CR and PR reflect disease modification with resolution or partial resolution of disease features; CI reflects improvement in key clinical parameters without full remission; SD indicates no meaningful change; and PD indicates disease worsening.
Measured: From enrollment to date of first objective response, or death due to any cause (up to approximately 52 months)
Secondary outcomes (4)
Time to Any Response
Time to any first response (CR/PR/CI); median and range. Responses were assessed using IWG-MRT criteria and categorized as complete remission (CR), partial remission (PR), clinical improvement (CI), stable disease (SD), or progressive disease (PD). CR and PR reflect disease modification with resolution or partial resolution of disease features; CI reflects improvement in key clinical parameters without full remission.
Measured: From enrollment to date of first objective response, or death due to any cause (up to approximately 56 months)
Duration of Response
Duration of response (days); range.
Measured: From enrollmen to death due to any cause (up to approximately 52 months)
Spleen Size at Baseline (TED12037)
Palpable spleen size in cm below the left costal margin at baseline of TED12037.
Measured: Baseline
Transfusion Dependence at Baseline (TED12037)
Transfusion dependence defined as RBC transfusion within 56 days before baseline of TED12037.
Measured: Baseline

Questions about this trial
What is this clinical trial studying?
A Phase 1/2 study testing SAR302503 (TG101348) in people with Myelofibrosis, run by Bristol-Myers Squibb at 6 sites in United States.
The full registered description is in the About this study section and the official record.
Who may be eligible to take part?
The sponsor lists 3 inclusion and 1 exclusion criteria. Eligibility is decided by the study team after screening, so read the full criteria and contact a listed site.
Is this clinical trial currently recruiting?
The record says: finished, as of the sponsor's last update on 6 Oct 2026. Status can change between updates, so confirm with the study contact before making plans.
Where is the study taking place?
The record lists 6 sites in United States. Whether a site is taking part right now should be confirmed with that site. See every site.
What are the possible benefits and risks?
They depend on the study and the treatment, and no study can promise a benefit. The study team explains the known risks during informed consent, before anyone joins; the record itself does not list them.
What does this combined phase mean?
Phase 1 studies test a treatment in a small group of people for the first time or in a new way, mainly to check safety and find the right dose.
Phase 2 studies give the treatment to a larger group to see whether it has the intended effect and to keep checking safety.
Not every study follows the same path, and some studies (observational studies, device studies) have no phase.
Are results available for this study?
Yes. Results are posted in the registry (first posted 6 Oct 2026). A summary is in the For doctors view, and the full results are on ClinicalTrials.gov.
How can a doctor refer a patient or contact the research team?
The record lists no contact. The official record names the sponsor, who can be asked directly. AzTrials does not enrol participants or take referrals.
What does the primary outcome measure?
Clinical Response (IWG-MRT) - Best Overall Response (time frame: From enrollment to date of first objective response, or death due to any cause (up to approximately 52 months)). It is what the study was designed to measure, not a finding.
Where can I read the original study information?
Does a listing mean the treatment is approved or proven to work?
No. A listing means the study is registered. It does not show that the treatment is safe, works, or is approved by a regulator.
How often is this information updated?
AzTrials copies changed records from ClinicalTrials.gov every night and reloads the whole registry every week. The sponsor last updated this record on 6 Oct 2026; AzTrials last refreshed its copy on 26 Oct 2026.
